    Raicho Supper Club welcomes Pete Denhart as our chef in residence, who has composed an enticing menu for you to enjoy. 


    Using techniques honed in England’s culinary new wave, he showcases the local ingredients of the Nagano area with combinations of woodfired meats, crisp, fresh, vegetable flavours and delightful new interpretations of familiar comfort food favourites.
